On December 26th there is a benefit for my cousin Chris up near Chicago. This is the cousin who was in that horrible car accident earlier this year. His friends and family are hoping to help ease some of the financial pain so he can focus on his recovery.
The benefit will be Chris-style, meaning a bunch of bands getting together for one night to rock the stage. Several of the bands include members of my family, including:
- The Repulsators - this is Chris' band; he won't be playing, but I've heard his brother Darren is taking his place for the night.
